P&W Shops is pleased to offer custom sliding windows for your railcar.

Shown is a rear window for a Woodings. This particular window is 3" taller than the
standard Woodings rear window. The additional 3" being cut from the lower portion
of the opening. The locking center section can be ordered to slide left or right.

This inside right Woodings window fits the standard Woodings CBL window opening. This
photo shows the locking rear section slid forward to the open position.
Glass is 1/4" tempered available in clear, Solex (light green), bronze, mirrored bronze, light
grey and dark grey. Frames are anodized aluminum, available in clear (silver) or black.
High performance powder coating is also available.
All window frames have 3" radius corners that fit into 3" radius corners of your window
opening. Windows are held in place by a gasketed 3/4" flange that overlaps the window
opening inside and out. Existing window openings with corners greater than 3" radius will
require that the corner radius be cut down prior to window installation. Corner radiuses
of less than 3" require that the opening be slightly enlarged to allow for re-cutting of the
corners to the required 3" radius. Most existing cab windows held in with the rubber
"Tractor Glass" gasket are cut to near or at 3" radius. Corner radius measurement MUST
be determined prior to ordering as windows are ordered custom fit to your size, there are
no standard sizes. All orders are based on opening dimensions supplied to us, by you, and
windows are manufactured slightly undersized to fit your opening. Careful measurement is
critical, but the 3/4" flange allows for some margin of error. Cab wall thickness must also
be determined prior to ordering. Maximum and minimum cab wall thickness should be
determined prior to ordering to insure proper fit. Again, there is some "wiggle room" here
to allow for variations of thickness in faberglas cabs.
Lead time for orders is 3-4 weeks.
Terms are 50% deposit due at the time of order placement. Balance due prior to
shipping.
